All items available here at Hunters Gold Custom Meats are handmade here in house. There are only a few items we order in such as Sugarees Cakes and Sugar Avenue Cake. Also Tonys tamales. We are not a slaughter facility. We are categorized as a processor by the Alabama Health Department. We pride ourselves in providing our customers only the best gourmet meat delicacies. All items here are our own recipes and trade secrets that we have created and perfected for over 25 years. Due to prices fluctuations in the meat industry we do not list prices. If we are currently out of a product listed we are in the process of making more to restock so be sure to call or message first before making the long drive to see what we have in stock. Adrian is the only one that creates and makes each product listed so he tries to work diligently to restock your favorite meat delicacy. All items are made fresh and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and then flash frozen for food safety purposes. We are also required by the Alabama Department of Food and Safety Administration to freeze all items.

Allergies and Ingredients

The majority of our products we make here in house by hand with only pure ingredients no fillers, no artificial ingredients and no preservatives. All products must remain frozen until ready to cook or eat.

Our items are gluten free except General Tso Bratwurst , crab cakes and our 5 layer cakes. We carry Sugaree Cakes from New Albany MS and Sugar Avenue Cakes from Memphis Tenn. Alpha Gal items are listed above.
